After watching the same channel (DVB-S) for about two hours, GBPVR crashes. Nothing else is running on the computer that I know of, so I am at a loss.

Attached are my logs.

Thoughts?

Can you set the logging level back to 'debug' then reproduce the problem and repost the logs?

If you disable multidec support, and watch a free to air channel, does the problem still happen?

Yep, same issue (disabled multidec, tuned to NASA).

One thing that might have been different this time - at the time of the crash, there was an error message that there was no signal. I have strong signal for NASA, so not sure why this happened.

Can you try the utility from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286350. The relevent section on how to use this seems to be:
Quote:ADPlus -crash -pn myapp.exe
This command runs ADPlus in crash mode for the process named Myapp.exe. ADPlus waits for an exception to occur, or for a user to press CTRL+C in the minimized debugger window, to generate a memory dump file and to detach the debugger.
Of course substituting myapp.exe with pvrx2.exe. This should generate a minidump which will give me more info to go on.

Initially I'll just want the text file it generates, but may also want the minidump itself.

Here are the two log files ADPlus created. I ran GBPVR with MDAPI/Emu enabled, and while the logs seem to show MDAPI isn't what caused the initial crash, MDAPI does appear towards the end of the crash log (I don't claim to understand what any of it means).

I will also run GBPVR without MDAPI enabled and generate logs with ADPlus, but as an FYI, I received the same "no reception" error screen from GBPVR when GBPVR crashed when MDAPI was not running.

Edit: attached screenshot of error. Shows MDAPI/Emu as the problem. Again, will run with MDAPI off.

That dump seems to show exceptions occurring in the emunation plugin.
