Im using a 4x3 monitor, with GBPVR set to 4x3 in VMR custom mode.
While watching 16x9 content the screen shows the picture in the middle with black bars above and below (letterbox?).
I would like to also be able to make the picture bigger so that the black vanishes and some picture is lost off the sides (pan and scan?).
None of the aspect ratios seem to support this, one makes it a bit wider but over-stretches the height so it looks all wrong. I've had a look at config.xml & was wondering what the numbers following 'ratio=' refer to?

There isnt an aspect ratio mode that does this in a default install.

0,0,1,1 is the complete window, where 0,0 is the top left, and 1,1 is the bottom right. With this info you should be able to do the math to work out how to change the first number (left side) and the third number (right side) to do what you want.

Sub,

Just thought I'd better mention that on upgrading GBPVR, custom aspect ratios aren't copied to the new config file. Dunno if it'd be a simple task to add this, but thought I'd let you know of the issue.

Thanks
