Video Decorder

I have a PVR350 and have been using the Sonic decoder and am pleased. However, I've also tried (1 day) the Nvidia decoder. Cant' really see a difference.....so, curious, what are most people using?
Also, I have a 19LCD using dvi to my system and while photographs are crystal clear and look like I'm actually in the picture, tv is not. I don't expect it to be that clear but why is it not a sharp as my tv?

I'm using interVideo VideoDecoder, however have not tried any other codecs. And also quite statisfied with the results.

Btw one of the reasons that your picture is not that clear is the fact that your watching a mpeg encoded version of the signal, the end result is a more softer image (Sideeffect of encoding in mpeg?)
