netradio favorites - shoutcast changed something

After fiddling with Net Radio awhile back, I got to messing with it again today. I found that the method described in the wiki to add a shoutcast stream to the favorites no longer works. At http://www.shoutcast.com the 'Tune-In' button is no longer a direct link to the needed .pls file, so right-clicking on it doesn't offer the 'Save Target As...' option. Left clicking on the 'Tune-in' button immediately launches the mini winamp player. I don't see any way to get the .pls file.

Anyone know how to work around this?

Try clicking the 'Classic SHOUTcast Radio 1.0' link at the top/left of the screen.

ok, I already found one way around - uninstall winamp. Then when I click 'Tune-In' it offers to save the file (as windows no longer knows what to do with the file). I didn't even realize I had winamp installed on this computer (and I have no idea WHY I ever installed it) - I figured I was getting a web-player fed directly from shoutcast.

Call this a bit of a nevermind, but hopefully useful if someone else runs into the same trouble.

Hey, is there any way to edit the name of the playlist that appears in GB-PVR? I know that's not on the GB-PVR side of the fence, but I figure you're likely to know if it can be done.

I'm not in front of GB-PVR PC at the moment, so I dont have any files to check. I think you can edit the name inside the PLS?

Yep, right-click on the .pls file and select "Open with" Notepad (or, I use the excellent (and free) Notepad Plus) to edit the file. You'll see lines in the file that begin with "Title". The text that follows is what appears on the screen in GB-PVR.
