Keyboard Seems Nonresponsive

I tried to disable the live preview and decided to enable it again and now it appears as though when watching Live TV the keyboard is not being recognized. I can use the keyboard to select from the menu, but once in Live TV I cannot set to record using the keyboard and I have to exit out of live TV with the right mouse click.

Any ideas?

what log file would I find this error in?

This can happen when you use a video decoder that is incompatible with the video renderer you've selected. Try a different video decoder.
