Hebrew characters on the PCH

I did a further test and I can confirm what you see. In PCH mode GBPVR does not send the shortname properly. For your HDMI machine if you don't play music or you can live with 8-10 seconds between tracks you should be able to use PCH2 mode.

For the record this isn't just with Hebrew problem sub and I only worked on utf-8 latin so lot of characters sets aren't covered. I don't think that sub has implemented any utf handling for music either.
