v1.3.11, HDHomerun and tuning problems

Just updated to new firmware software 20090527beta1 as suggested by HDHomeRun
It did not solve the problem

Has anyone tried the test that the guys at Silicondust suggest in the thread below?

Just tried what was instructed. I only get a scan for 4 channels but none show up. I then tried the QAM manager with center frequencies and still found no channels. It did make the appropriate additions to the bda folder and the config.ini file.
However, I wasn't having the same problems the poster at the Silicon was having. Still, no luck for me grabbing any channels. Paul Custom ASUS Maximus X Hero, 16 GB Memory-ASUS GeForce 1050 Ti, H115i Pro AIO, 850W PS, CM H500P case, Corsair Vengeance RGB Ram, Samsung 970 EVO, HDHomerun Prime & Extend Tuners- running Windows 10 (and other goodies)

Yes - ran exactly as was suggested and it failed with the latest beta software.
