Client won't dispaly any video

Still no luck with Getting any video. The H.264 decoder is the same as the one on my working PC. I'm assuming I need a software video decoder for that machine, and was assuming the the Cyberlink one would do that with DxVA turned off. I tried turning this on and off on my working machine with little or no difference in the processor usage.
What else do I try to get this going?

when you play the file on the other machine does divx show in the logs
remove divx from the machine and try again
