NMT installer - Mayhem3 screen too large.

I have used the generally excellent NMT installer to revive the GBPVR connection with my computer after I installed a hard drive into the NMT (A PCH-A110). After weeding out firwall problems, much is working fine now. But I am having a problem with the Mayhem3 screen (and in fact, also any screen that I select) extending beyond the width of my poor old 4:3 tube screen. I did select the 480 screen resolution option with the installer. After installation, I have also made sure that the GBPVR playback config still calls out a 4x3 shape (and it does). I have cleared any cache (i think) by pressing Filemode on the NMT's remote. I have tried all four of the NMT's screen settings (Fit to Screen, Fullsize, Crop, Actual Size) (NTSC setting with no framerate synching) with no change.
I use the composite output of the NMT which runs to my Home Theater's Preamp/Processor video input. From there, the composite video output of the Preamp/Processor runs to the composite input of my old Sony 4:3 tube television.

The NMT zoom settings don't change the menu. Your config.xml setting is configured 1280x720 but it looks like your PCH might be set to Auto too (which isn't supported). On top of that config.xml is set up in PCH mode. So

- change PCH set to NTSC
- change config.xml for your PCH MAC address to 640x576 (not 480, except in rare cases CRT's do handle the extra lines, the NMT does the magic)
- if you are using the new mvpmcx2 change to PCH2 mode.

Item #1: The PCH was set to composite NTSC (Setup>audio/video>video output: CompositeNTSC). Not sure why the log would indicate Auto.

Item #2: I used the NMT installer, but the config.xml was set up from the example in the Wiki before I knew of the installer. Could it be that some of the settings were carried over from that setup? In any case, I manually changed the resolution associated with the proper MAC address.

Item #3: Again, I did tick the PCH2 Advanced tick box on the NMT installer. Wouldn't this set up the proper mode? Not sure how to change this manually.

Result: Apparently the change in Item #2 coupled with a NMT shut down and restart did the trick.

I guess PVRx2.exe has stopped accepting the PCH screen resolution overrides in both PCH and PCH2 modes or I have broken something. I will have to check.

NMTInstall ignores matching config.xml entries. If you check the details it would probably give a warning message. I thought about having it modify the PCH2 mode setting but I didn't want it to mess up someones working screen offsets. PCH mode is going to disappear with the next release of GBPVR anyway so it will be less confusing.
