Hi, first post, so please bear with me!

I'm looking to set up recording of a channel 24/7. I could simply set up daily recording slots, each an hour long. But a more elegant solution would be to write XML and use it to populate the EPG.

I found the following thread: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ght=24%2F7

I've written some sample XML and imported it successfully, but my question is, can someone recommend an XML generator to simply creating my listings?

Many thanks.

Post one of the xml files that you successfully created and imported so that I can see the information that you want (channel name, program name, timeslot length, etc) and I can create a simple app to generate a few days at a time. You can then run it in your UpdateEPG.bat and it will continually update.

I did something similar for someone else once before.

Thanks Whurlston, I work with a programmer who's offered to come up with something. I'll see what he can do first!

No problem. Tell him that I have a .Net API for reading and writing xmltv files that he is welcome to use if he wants.
