Last night all recordings were 0 byte files sizes. Coronation Street (7:30-8:30), Criminal Minds (8:30-9:30), Ghost Whipserer (8:30-9:30). First time this has happened in a while. Logs attached, but all I can see is 'unexpected error...' at 19:27. Any ideas? Ta.
Regards,
Hasso

funny you should say that - same thing happened to me a few days ago..... appears to me that somehow one of the dvb-s cards got locked up, and since multirecord is enabled - it just uses the 1 card now rather than spreading recordings across (assuming same bouquet).

a reboot of the pc reset the card (obviously) and all go again - but hoping this isnt too frequent as it happened to lock up on the days my wifes essential viewing was on (and didnt record )...

yes... a reboot seems to have fixed it, but still don't know what really caused it.

I find my nova-t-500 and/or it's driver does this every 2 to 3 weeks and a reboot fixes it.
My system drops to standby when not in use so I'm guessing that will probably be teh cause - but why after such a time I don't know.

This has just happened to me 2 days in a row where a whole series of recordings during the day all failed. This happened even after I specially did a reboot the night before to try and avoid this happening.

It's not just DVB-S either as my PrimeTV recording (analog tuner) failed too.

Have a new install of Windows 7 on a new HTPC box with a Hauppauge Nova-T-500 dual tuner. Windows Media Centre records Ok but with GBPVR all recordings are 0 bytes. Log files attached.
