I looked in this file. All the listings are old, so your problem is with this file (not GBPVR).

This is a 16 year old post! Reasonable source XMLTV files would be here https://epgshare01.online/epgshare01/ or for some countries (not South Africa) here in this file https://github.com/doglover3920/EPGimpor...ources.xml

For others Schedules Direct is another great source https://www.schedulesdirect.org/regions If they support your country it is well worth the money.
