My turn for a nova-t-500 driver hangup.

2009-07-04 17:59:00.937 ERROR [5] Error starting recording: GBPVR.Backend.Common.GbpvrException: Failed to locate configured BDA capture device

I'm coming to think I'd really like an "on error, reboot" or something from gbpvr.

Devcon showed nothing wrong with the device when it came out of hiibernation (I've been running that to try to spot failures) but the next time devcon runs, after the gbpvr error, it does show an error

Code:
Before:-
Wake from hibernation on 04/07/2009 at 17:56:58.56
USB\VID_2040&PID_9951\4027355045
    Name: USB Composite Device
    Device is currently stopped.
USB\VID_2040&PID_9951&MI_00\6&1A7D4F77&0&0000
Name: Hauppauge Nova-DT Dual DVB-T Tuner Device (+IR)
    Device is currently stopped.
USB\VID_2040&PID_9951&MI_01\6&1A7D4F77&0&0001
    Name: Hauppauge Nova-DT IR
    Driver is running.

After:-
Wake from hibernation on 04/07/2009 at 18:49:21.73
USB\VID_2040&PID_9951\4027355045
    Name: USB Composite Device
    Device has a problem: 10.

you could use the same feature to send a WOL batch from a client if it starts up and can't find the server.

A client is really dead if it can't find the server - big red cross and process manager the only way to kill it.

I start my clients now with a WOL and a wait just in case the server is asleep.

I'd like the client to fail in a more friendly fashion if possible, maybe with a return error code.
