DVB with Nova-S with 0.90

Hello, I need help for 0.90 with Nova-S.

System: Win XP with SP2, Celeron 2,6, 512 MB, Hauppauge Nova-S

After having read the topic “DVB with 0.908, Anyone with any experience out there?” from Simon I installed MpgMux.ax with regsvr32.exe. Great ….. no more filter warning box.

When I hit the Map digital channels to EPG channels button I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library Message:

File: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\atlmfc\include\atlcomcli.h Line:150

Expression: p!=0

….. and so on

2nd Problem:

After I hit Live TV in GB-PVR I get the message “Channel Tuning information not known”.

Does anybody have experience with Nova-S and gbpvr?

Hi Guido,

To keep things simple, I installed the trial version of Intervideo WinDVD creator. This contains the mpgmux required.

That seemed to work ok, and in parallel with the change to DVB-T ini files required, I now have working live tv and no filter warning box.

I am not thinking that the MpgMux makes the troubles. Bevor I installed the filter with regsvr32.exe I also installed the trail version of WinDVD creator.

Does that happen as soon as you click the map channels button, or does it look like it tries to scan?
