UK Freeview has a number of channels that are only broadcasting at certain times of the day. Currently you need to run a scan during the broadcast time-slot in order to add these channels to GB-PVR. This can take a few days, especially if you have multiple tuners. It would be great if GB-PVR could pick up these channels while scanning like the Freeview STBs do.

once you have a good BDA/SCAN-x.CACHE file with all the part time channels for one tuner, you can just copy it over for the other tuners (scan-2.cache, scan-3 and so on)
server: NextPVR 5.0.7/Win10 2004/64-bit/AMD A6-7400k/hvr-2250 & hvr-1250/Winegard Flatwave antenna/Schedules Direct
main client: NextPVR 5.0.7 Desktop Client; LG 50UH5500 WebOS 3.0 TV

That's exactly what I do, but it's still a pain to have to do at least 2 scans and merge them into a master using notepad++... Then there is always the danger that a poorer antenna connection to one or more of the tuners could result in trying to record a channel on a tuner which can't actually receive it.
