Does the Dell Angel tuner have a hardware encoder? Can you provide a link if you don't know the answer to that? Why is an xbox in the mix? Yellow/red/white cords are called RCA, also known as composite.

run the filtercheck program in the gb-pvr directory and post the resulting log file. We need to see if your tuner is an Angel or Angel II (the latter is already in the supplied direct.ini file, whereas the former needs an entry added).

Actually you can tell yourself looking at the log, many of the pin names will say "Angel" or "Angel II". If it's the original Angel, you need to add to your direct.ini file the entry I posted here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=42803&page=2

If it's the Angel II, it shows up in GB-PVR as "Emuzed Angel II".

It's relevant to ask at this point though what exactly you are trying to do with your XBox? If you're trying to play games through GB-PVR, it won't work as there will be a significant delay between the xbox and the screen.
