No Channel Change pvr 150

I have a Haupage 150 with blaster. I chose exe and pointed it to haupblast. In live TV and for scheduled recording it blinks but does not change the channel on My Scientific Explorer cable box. Blastconfig changes it no problem, Win TV changes it no problem, sending a manual channel via Haupblaste.exe via the command prompt works fine as well. Not sure what is up. Any thoughts.

Unfortunately I cant see anything obvious in the logs. It looks like PVRX2.exe is living up to its end of the bargin and running HaupBlast.exe at the right times when trying live tv, and there is no error noted about running that utility.

Is that channel number it switched to correct? ie, to change to DSC it tried to send "27" to your set top box.

Yes it is correct, this is strange, it worked fine on my old pc, this is a new one.
