Preview OK but no signal in live TV for one channel

Hi

I hope this isnt a stupid newbie question.

I can preview channel 7 when setting up capture source, but when I switch to live TV it shows no signal and zero quality.

If I leave the config program running I can see the channel ok.

All other channels work as expected.

Are you talking about DVB signals? If so, did you map your channels? If so, most likely a codec issue. Try MVP and MPA decoders. Search these forums for links and how to install them.
