WinTV HVR4000

With a WinTV HVR4000 card can you use the DVB-T tuner and the DVB-S tuner at the same time with GBPVR?
I currently use 2 X nova t500's and was going to install another fella but was looking at digital satelite with DVB-T combined.

Not at the same time no. The HVR4000 is a quad mode tuner meaning it had 4 tuners (DVB-S, SVB-S2, DVB-T, Analogue), but only one of these tuners can be used at once.
