Plays the Correct Channel but Records the Wrong One

For some reason, I can only watch the channel that I want to record. When I go to record it, it records a different channel.

Any idea what's causing the mismatch between play and record?

if you have 2 tuners you havnt mapped them all correctly
im guessing when you say play you mean watch live tv
when watching live it picks the tuner at the bottom of list while recording it picks from the top

yes I have an HDHomeRun which has a dual tuner and no I'm not watching on one and recording on the other. I'm actually recording on one and it is recording the right channel (on tuner one). On the second tuner, I can watch the program I want to record but I can't record it because it jumps to anther channel that is not the 1st one but a third one.
