Technika AEDTR160S7 help jumpy picture ?

Hi all.
recently purchased an Technika AEDTR160S7 hard drive freeview recorder.

i have a problem when recording. what ever i am recording seems to jump alot as if its missed like an odd second of the program here and there. also while recording what every channel you are watching jumps the same. when not recording every thing is fine. we have a good signal here so if any one can suggest any thing it would be great.

I am having the same problem - and it seems it's only started since the switchover....have you had any response on how to fix the problem?
