Im going to try my best to explain what seems to be multiple problems.

Im using GBPVR 1.47
(2) Hauppauge PVR150
WINXP HOME SP2
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2800+
1.81 GHz
512 MB RAM

What I have going on is more and more having issues with recordings. The recordings will either look like it is ok but during playback the video will either automatically skip to another location in the video or it can happen when we try to skip ahead. Unfortunatly it doesnt always happen, one recording can be fine and the next not. The file is messed up when I play it in WMP or VLC. The recording should be 60 minutes but it is only 30 minutes or so. ( I am looking at the latest example)

I also have a similar issue where the file is extremly short(maybe 10 minutes or so) watching it in GBPVR or WMP, but it is full length in VLC.

I have read post about drivers for the pvr150 or comskip issue, but im not sure where to start with this. any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

I am attaching some logs for gbpvr and 2 recording that are messed up

I'm pretty sure your problem is the PVR150 timestamp issue discussed and fixed in this thread: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=14006

As I recall, I had a similar issue initially with my PVR500. Download and install the latest drivers from Hauppauge's website, that fixed my problem. I believe it was something in the original drivers was messing up the time stamps in the mpeg files. If you want to keep some of the messed up recordings, I think there's a freeware utility you can run to fix the files.

Good luck,
-Brad

Did you add the registry settings mentioned in that thread though? Only some people suffer from this driver bug, and those that do need those registry settings to fix it, even with updated drivers.
