Trouble adding Hauppauge 1250 as capture source

Replacing the '%3A' with ':' did the trick. Thank you.

This just kicked my butt for 3 hours until I found this post. I don't have access to the wiki or I would update this. I just requested access.

For the record you need both the colon and the minus. So the text needs to end with :-
