I have one of the HD channels in the scan that has an incorrect video PID scanned(usu. the video PID is the same as the PCR PID, in this case it is not). I can hear the audio in the channel mapper config page so the channel is there. The rest of the HD channels all mapped correctly.
Is there a place to modify the PIDs so they are correct? I cannot get to them thru the mapping screen but there must be a file somewhere that can be modified.

Thanks,
Win

If you back out of the mapping screen and go back to the capture source configuration screen, all the mappings should be there in the list. You can edit the field there. This is the quickest/easiest approach.

You could also adjust the scan.cache file but then you would need to remap it. Or you can edit the entry in the database directly.

Edit: I may have read your post wrong. If the scan listed the Video PID as different from the PCR PID, you can use the utility at http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=44119 to fix that. I was thinking you meant that the Video PID was different from the PCR PID in the stream itself.

Thanks. Both methods worked. I didn't realize I could bet to the TS parameters in the Capture Device setup screen and modify them. Now if I could only get to more of the MTPS analog channels (some are in the clear and some seem to be blocked or encrytped) I'd have worked around the fact that my Avermedia card won't work in analog mode.

One problem at a time though, You've helped me past this one.

Thanks
