HDPVR cannot change channel

NextPVR newbie. Used Sage previously, stopped for a while, and now setting things up again with NextPVR.

So far, setup has been fairly smooth. However, I am stuck on getting the channels to change.

Things I have tried:
- BlastCfg works fine, can change channel
- Calling HaupBlast directly changes the channel
- Put the HaupBlast call in a cmd file, including adding a wait before and after calling HaupBlast
- Changed the Service to Log On as:
- Local, allow service to interact with desktop
- My user account
- Added a nPVR section to Irremote.ini

Not sure what's left for me to try :confused:

One thing I noticed is that calling HaupBlast myself causes a green light on the STB to flash after the IR blasts the channel numbers (3 flashes). When I initiate the channel change from NextPVR, I see 3 flashes, but no green light.

Thanks in advance for any help. I feel like I'm so close to getting this all setup...

Did you install SoftPVR?

You have to have that to get NPVR to change the channels. I've attached a picture of the settings I have on my HDPVR device in NPVR. I don't remember using BlastCfg or having to add anything to any Irremote.ini.

Edit. OK I can barely read the image, so here's what I have in the Channel Changer section (in case you can't read it):

Changer: Executable
Executable: C:\Program Files\NPVR\HaupBlast.exe
Arguments: {channel}

adc, in pkscout's picture above, each channel in the last has the "HaupBlast.exe {channel}" text. Do you have this? If not, you might need to select you channels, right click and tell it to update.

Did you install SoftPVR?

It is not required for the HDPVR.

I tried installing SoftPVR...did not help.

I did update my channels to issue "HaupBlast.exe {channel}"

Still stuck...

Logs will likely help to show it sending the right channel. When you installed HaupBlast .exe and made the cmd file did you respect UAC?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the nrecord.log and we'll take a look.

I reverted back to just using the HaupBlast.exe, which I also set to Run as Admin and permissioned Everyone to have Execute.
