Avermedia or Gigabyte

Since there is no reaction in Hardware subforum, I am posting my question here.

I am in process of rebuilding my HTPC. Two cards I am currently looking are Avermedia AVerTV Digi Super 007 and Gigabyte GT-P8000. The price are similar.
Basically, I heard both are good and I won't make an mistake whichever I buy.
But, my question here is: which one goes along better with GBPVR (i.e. PVRX2)?
Whose remote is more useful/easy to use either with GBPVR or with other software? Can they (remotes) be customized via LM Remote KeyMap or similar software?

They should work for digital, but probably wont work for analog. I dont really know anything about them though.

Thanks! I am interested only in digital since analog will stop to broadcast soon here in Croatia.
