Cabt Watch LiveTV continously

LiveTV works well at the begining... but after sometime, I received an error saying "Error Playing Back File".

Dunno wad is going on.. pls help... really desperate

Need more information. Do you have a PVR350, 250 or what? Does your system go to 100% when it appears to hang? Tell us more.

Ok.. i am using PVR 150.. Windows XP Pro.. P4 2.4GHz processor..

The LiveTV will run properly for around 2 hours.. then usually during the 3rd hour.. it will hav the error..

I dont get as far as you. I only get an hour or so. When it freezes see if the CPU is 100% on system. Can you restart live TV when you press the esc key or the back button on the remote? Or does the system lock and need a reboot?

When the error happens, the PC is not running at 100%.. i am not using a remote..

This is from the error log:

As can see, 1700 has no prob.. but at 1800, the error happens..

There is no need to reboot the system.. I just need to restart GBPvr.. by the way, I am using 160 GB + 160 GB RAID 0.. the buffer files are stored in another folder on the same drive

I am using the RAID drives as one single drive... so actually the system sees onli one drive of 320 GB.

Do u hav other suggestion? Basically I need to record stuff 24hrs.. I tried using manual recording back to back i.e 1100 to 1200 then 1200 to 1100.. but this fails..

Just bought a new 40 GB external hard disk... hope it will works like tipstir says.. just set the LiveTV directory to the new drive..
