Hellp everyone. This is my first post. First I must say that the GBPVR software kicks some a$$. Now onto my problems. I can record live TV just fine. My question is I have the Hauppauge PVR150-MCE, and I would like to know how to record from external sources? I can't find a way to choose my source of video. I want to record some old VHS tv shows to my drive and then to DVD. Also, does the software allow me to record off the FM radio or just listen to it? Thanks in advance for the help. I searched the forums and could not find what I was looking for

Whilst you could trick GB-PVR into doing it by setting up fake channels etc, this is not the task it was designed for. You're probably better off using WinTV2000 for this task.

Sorry, its listen only. No record.

Add another capture source with your same card, then change it to the composite #1 or whatever, then setup a channel for that source, and pick that channel.

Or record it from wintv2000, and play it back over GBPVR via myvideos.

Well I couldn't figure out how to create a new capture source. It just keeps going back to the original one. I will just change the capture source in the first one to detect the VCR. Thanks guys [Image: smile.gif]
