If you really need to get it going in GB-PVR, your best bet is to either switch to xmltv, or yes you could possibly edit the database. You'd need to edit the ONID, TSID, SID parts of the tuning requests in SOURCE_CHANNEL_MAPPING table, so that the values match those that are returned from the DVB EPG. At the moment it looks like some of your TSIDs or ONIDs are set to zero in the database, and they need to be updated to a real value to match the DVB EPG.
