quick question about irremote.ini

What portion of this file controls remote commands when no programs are running?

I have it set up so the red button changes my screen resolution when PVRX2 has focus (long story why I needed that...), but it doesn't work when the computer is showing the desktop; it launches winTV7 instead??

I need to find the 'global' or 'default' section of irremote.ini so I can change the red button to C:\PROGRA~1\12NOON~1\dccmd.exe -width=1920 -height=1080 -refresh=60 -depth=32

Any help? Thanks in advance...

look for [Default], should be the first after [Applications]
