How to watch and record at the same time on a Compro E900F?

When I attempt to watch a channel while recording it says there are no tunners avaiable and gives me the option to either, watch the program being recorded or cancel the recording.

Should it just work or is there something to configure?

Have you got two sources set up for this device, duplicating all the channels?

Also make sure that you set the first capture source to device #1 and the second to device #2.
