NPVR Recording Padding Defaults

I made the mistake of putting too many items in one thread and it is starting to get messy. So I am opening this thread separately to request that recording padding defaults are added to the Settings so that you dont need to set the pre and post padding on each recording. Not a biggy but it was a nice feature in GBPVR.

you can set the default padding in config.xml

Ta. Will try that for now. But hoping Sub will be able to put Padding back into the settings when things settle down.

Just a note to say Sub has added the pad settings to 1.5.28. Many thanks !
