At this time, Npvr feels more like "downgrade" from Gp-pvr. Gp-pvr does almost everything better and faster. Except channel scanning.

Not only the channel scanning, EPG handling is better, it finds more channels and above all, it hanldes multirecording MUCH better than gbpvr. Plus it doesn't crash as often as gbpvr and it is a better GUI.

Just realised this has wondered into the wrong forum. The script is being run on GBPVR but I'll start / add to a thread in the GBPVR forum to save confusion.

Now, when you said, i don't see any remarkable improvement in epg. Here, in Finland, when we are bilingual, there is two languages mixed in epg, still. However, i'm pleased with this.
My Gp-pvr don't crash. Multirecording i willingly put separate pc's, if i had to. (Have to say, not tested with Npvr yet). GUI, when you are familiar with Gp-pvr, it is quite satisfactory.
But all this is related to user, and where he/she is, this is only my opinion. I have Npvr installed and I intend to keep it. Will see, what Sub bring about it.
