Roy, in an ideal world would this tray icon be totally separate from NPVR Device Status Icon? i.e. different icon?

Yes, a separate icon for each NMT server, different than the nPVR icon.

It's nice, but personally I've had a few issues with the sidebar crashing things and not turning up again.
btw I loved the old MVP TrayIcon when I had an MVP. Great, simple, discreet.

The older MVP Tray icon was driven from the MAC address in the config file, when it saw 1 or more it put up that many icons in the tray, one color showed it was offline, another when online, then another when it was doing something, when you hovered over it while it was "doing something" it told you what it was doing.

Was VERY nice as it was MAC address driven, you didnt need to worry about the IP address, i do miss it, it would be driven from the MVP servers and the MAC address settings in the config file.

I have not programmed on PC (only Javascript and powershell for Exchange) but if i had time i would sit down and write something.

I also have another Exchange Plugin i want to write, i just dont have time at the moment now moved to Canada (2009) and have a whole house i have to upgrade (70 years old).
