NPVR notification area icon right click to settings without having to "Start N-PVR"

Title says it all. For Kodi and other third party front end users that don't use the NPVR client, it would be nice to be able to access the settings panel directly from right clicking the black/white NPVR icon in the notification area.

The settings dialog is part of the client for a reason, it needs many of the services of the client so it's not a separate program that can just be launched separately. I suppose the real request in technical terms would be to have a command line switch like "nextpvr.exe -settingsonly" that would launch nextpvr directly into the Settings dialog without the 10ft UI behind it, and then close the client when Settings is exited; further then an update to the tray icon to be able to call this -settingsonly mode from the right click menu. probably easy enough...

but my $.02 is that all users should have at least a passing familiarity with the nextpvr client, and might be expected to troubleshoot something using the client at some point. so sub going through the trouble to code this -settingsonly mode and making the matching tweak to the ntray menu just to save a few users 3 or 4 clicks on the occasions that they need to access Settings seems ultimately counter-productive. The other clients don't have all the scheduling features that the nextpvr client has either... I see only downsides to creating a sub-group of nextpvr users that have never seen the client at all, not even on the way to Settings.

lol - nah, I still found it useful. My mind goes through similar thought process. When I've just woken up and the brain isn't 100% functioning, its good to have some help with that process
