I'm running out of questions. You might have to run from a usb drive until I can think of more.

I can imagine. I am a software developer myself, and these debugging things are usually so much obvious, one does not see... It is 2 am here now, and I need some sleep. Will have a look again in the morning. If I find the solution, no matter how shameful, I will post it.

Good luck.

Ok, somethings to try when you are back to it
- look into npvr.cgi, if it is not a guest share you need to add a username and password instead of -o username=root - change the trailing rw to ro if it is a readonly share - if you edited startmeup upload a copy, normally you don't need to edit it, the defaults are fine, but you may have made a syntax error. You can upload - check the permission of the files in the mvpmc share to make sure they have the correct share permission (ie if you are running a Guest share they need Guest permissions, Everyone is not the same If you want to help with NMTInstall2 I would like you to go to your browser and using the IP of your NMT save the source of these pages from your NMT and compress and upload them http://ip:8883/maintenance.html http://ip:8883/network_share.html Thanks and again good luck. - The share is a Guest share, so I kept username=root
- It is indeed a readonly, so I changed trailing rw to ro (did not help) - I used startmeup as default, and tried variations. Here is the current version: Code: #echo "Shell to mvpmcx2 " - I checked the permissions, and for all files guest & everyone have read/execute and read rights - Of course I like to help. Attached the dumps. Given the contents, I would not see a reason why your scraper would not catch information. Seems all plain English. - In the meantime, I turned off the firewall to see if that helped: no it did not Will keep on searching.

I now understand the problem, and it might disappoint you. This is the firmware for an A200/210 02-04-101208-21-POP-411-000 and mvpmcx2 does not support this.
Martin
??? That indeed is disappointing. I suppose I can crossflash, or do something else to get it working? The whole purpose of getting the thing was to use it with nPVR... If you have any suggestion to the latest firmware which is supported, I will get that.

No these are second generation machines that use a totally different chip over the first generation NMT's that are supported and they can't be cross flashed. Did you buy it at a dealer? You might still be able get an EGreat M34a, I think Sheik Yerbouti got one from a Dutch retailer, and you should expect some money back.
I am sorry but there are lots of active posts here and on the NMT forums about the 200 series not being supported. Martin
