Maximized windows versus full screen

If I maximize the NPVR screen I get a full screen instead (no borders), so I can't minimize the screen anymore. Only by exiting and restarting the program.

edit: also, as you are running Windows 7, if you really want the standard-style maximized window that still has a title bar and window controls, just drag the npvr window to the top of the screen. windows will maximize it the way you expect (although I honestly don't see the advantage).

That works.

I like it maximized sometimes (the oldfashioned way) and yes I have windows 7 so I can do that dragging but what for the people that don't have 7?
I thought it was a bug because it doesn't behave like any other windows program (I would like it to do so).
