Here is a question that I've been pondering for a while. Most of the time, playback of recordings looks fine, but every so often I get this effect, where it looks like the colors need to be blended better (a bit hard to see, but circled for emphasis; ignore the clouds):
Is there anything I can do to improve the quality of this picture? Is using a higher bitrate the answer (I currently use the default of Low)? Would using a different decoder (this shot was taken with the NVIDIA DVD decoder, but I also notice the effect using DScaler 5) help? Or, failing that, is this something that FFDSHOW can clean up?
