SSPlus v1.0.0 (Screensaver for NPVR)

Haven't had SSPlus in the past. I just didn't understand the setup process. It's working awesome now.

ACTCMS, I installed the the 1.0 on the wiki to make sure that I had the latest dll, and I now notice that when I come back from the screen saver, the NextPVR time shows the time that was on screen before SSPlus activated and it waits until the clock is updated on the minute. I don't remember seeing this before and the built-in screen saver doesn't work this way.

Actually ignore that further testing with the NextPVR screen saver is showing the same thing now too.
