NextBlue skin for npvr

Not bad, I may have to give it a try. My wife was just complaining that she couldn't tell which option on the main menu was selected... I guess she wasn't expecting it to be the item in the middle (which seemed obvious to me, but I point that out at my own peril). But either way, this skin makes it abundantly clear.

Fixed a couple of minor things with the old style recording screen and Web Radio.

Last I read, sub said he was getting rid of the old style recording screen with the next release. Your efforts are appreciated just the same though.
