Its kind of difficult to track down this type of problem, because its hard to know exactly what epg data you should be getting. Like anything I need good info to help track it down.
Ideally I'd like to see logs form the following.
1) do an 'empty epg'
2) set epg update hour to current hour.
3) restart recording services
4) leave it 10 minutes or so to do the EPG update, then upload the nrecord.log and ndigitalhost.log files.
then,
1) set the epg update hour back to 2am or similar and restart recording service.
2) do an 'empty epg'
3) do an 'update epg'
4) let it complete, then upload the npvr.log
ie, logs from both an automated update, and a manual update, both from approximately the same time of the day
