This patch should stop it happening.

the Encrypted Content message goes away, but instead I sometimes experience what looks like pixels breaking up for a few seconds, and then audio goes out of sync..

We watch a lot of live tv, I'll try the patch this weekend and see if I get the pixels & auto problems. I was waiting for the "Skip Problem" thread to shake out because I wanted to update all at once.

I have noted what you're talking about for a long time, usually it's on my provider's end. It happens when I'm not using NPVR.

I've had this in the past on rare occasions and last night but the audio was intact. I use "over the air" so I always thought it was a bum signal.
I also have the rare pixel shower but again I believe it's my signal.
