Unfortunately, I think you might be out of luck with this device. As I mentioned above, I suspect its a case of ATI not being fully compliant with Microsoft spec, and the app is unable to tell which components should be hooked up together. I cant see an easy way to get these connections correct (without having one of these sample devices here).
