Upgrade problem

I just upgraded to 2.5.9. Now I get the below error in NEWA and the desktop gadget says it can't connect to the server. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice on the off chance I got a bad download and disabled the firewall and virus checker to eliminate that from the equation. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Something is not right with your install. You can download the NEWA 1.27 build here. Follow the directions on the wiki for updating.

Something apparently got corrupted or messed up somewhere... After messing with it for 2 days I just did a complete reformat and windows install. It's working again.

Ok...the reload approach above should have fixed you....shouldn't have ahd to go to the extream of a new windows install..... but glad to hear it is working.
