Can I Use TV Guide Even If I Have No Tuning Device?

I only use my nPVR machine for watching movies from the server so I have no tuner device installed (I use a Rosewill RCC-126 USB receiver with MCE remote to move around in nPVR). Since I have some basic channels on my TV from my antenna, could I still setup nPVR to still show me info for those channels or does it require a tuner device? I poked around in the settings and it looks like I couldn't do anything unless I had some device installed.

Try setting it up with a recording plug-in as the tuner (network recorder?) that should allow you to do what you want

Yes I test VMs with fake tuners usign NetworkRecorder all the time. You can create you channels manually or if you are planning to use Schedules Direct for your data, they can be created automatically.
