TV Guide, View Live doesn't work. Problem with address?

So.... you click View Live, you get the pop-up, and it is all black? No controls (i.e. play or pause, volume & full screen)?

I figured it out. The ActiveX wasn't installed. I installed it and now it works fine. Thanks for sticking with me.

EDIT: that wasn't it. It didn't work on explorer 64 bit, but it did on explorer 32 bit.
