Setting up NPVR 2.6.2

I have been trying to set up a generic usb dvb-t tuner stick (realtek 2832u) when I try to setup the channels and seems to hang while scanning. I have had a dig around the forum for some of the entries in the log like 'No BDA capture filter for this device' and 'ConnectPins failed: hr = 80040217' but I did not find any solutions.

what OS are you running? a bunch of stuff is missing in your filtercheck log.
server: NextPVR 5.0.7/Win10 2004/64-bit/AMD A6-7400k/hvr-2250 & hvr-1250/Winegard Flatwave antenna/Schedules Direct
main client: NextPVR 5.0.7 Desktop Client; LG 50UH5500 WebOS 3.0 TV
