With U.S. QAM cable channels, the most likely cause of signal issues is having too many splitters on the line. If at all possible, you should try removing a splitter to see if that solves the problem. My only other suggestion is to check for updated drivers for graphics and tuner. [Edit] Do you see the same problems when you play a recording? If not, the problem might be related to live TV buffer.

Sorry for my late answer, but here it is:

Do I understand correctly when I'm assuming that you'r using the onboard graphics? I'v seen reports that it does not live up to specs for a dedicated graphics card, so might be part of your problem. What screen resolution are you using? Does it help to decrease the resolution (like from 1920x1080 down to 1280x720)?

Like johnsonx42 say, the A8-5600K is a powerful APU, that shouldn't be the problem. It doesn't help to decrease the resolution.

How is your CPU usage at the time? It could be high, indicating your CPU isn't keeping up. If its not that, it could be signal issues, and your decoder is only showing you undamaged frames.

CPU usage is about 10-15%. When I plugin the cable directly into my TV, my signal is good.

The A8-5600k graphics core is quite powerful. I really doubt that's the issue.

Have you tried the Microsoft DTV-DVD decoder for H.264?

Yes, I've the Microsoft DTV-DVD decoder for H.264. Same issue, besides that decoder gives me more problems (switching channels: system freeze). Since SAF6 that problem is gone.

The cable is directly connected to the "AOP" (first/main point where the cable is entering the building), I don't use any splitter. I've also tried different cables (both certified). Recordings have the same problem.

Maybe the graphics driver is indeed the problem, is here someone with a similar AMD A8-APU? I would like to know what's your driver version in that case...
