Looking for recommendations for a dual tuner card. Internal or USB is fine. Would like to find something for $50 or less. Thanks!

Look around for the Avermedia Duet. Should be about $50.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AVerMedia-AVerTV...43c0e10c91 Probably not as robust as a Hauppauge, but mine has been pretty good for several years. You can also probably get two ATI 650s off ebay for about $50 total.
