EPG Not Updating

I can't get the EPG to update through NPVR.
I have UpdateEPG.bat in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Scripts

Code:

mc2xml -f
move xmltv.xml "C:\Program Files\NPVR\xmltv.xml"

I made sure the paths were correct. I ran it using Task Scheduler just to make sure.

I set the EPG update time in Misc2 and made sure I restarted the recording service after making the change but it doesn't seem to do anything.

EDIT: It works. Just need to be a little patient.
